At Brentwood Health Care Center, the emphasis is on caring. Family Owned and Operated, Brentwood is comprised of a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility featuring Private Rooms, located between Akron and Cleveland in Sagamore Hills.

Healing begins in this pastoral wooded setting with Care Plans and Rehabilitation programs specially designed for residents and patients.

Whether it is skilled nursing, rehabilitation, sub-acute, hospice, or long-term intermediate care, Brentwood Health Care delivers the highest level of expertise with a caring touch.

We are currently in the process
of a facility renovation. All services remain unaffected.
